Upon entering the apartment, be amazed by 3 wall paintings of red-coloured koi fish. As you turn on the light switches, a set of 5 hanging spotlights situated over the dark brown 8-seater dining table with a silver tray and an assortment of floating candles. The lounge is open plan onto a modern full equipped kitchen and leading onto a balcony with patio furniture with views of the canal and for you to enjoy the serenity. You are not able to miss your reflection in the large square mirror with beautiful patterned steel frame. Choose your favourite seat in the lounge on the large, leather lazy boy, put your feet up and watch your favourite movie! Upon entering the main bedroom, on your immediate right-hand side you’ll find a glass door leading into the modern en-suite bathroom equipped with a stand-in shower. The second bedroom have 2 single beds and are suitable for both children and adults alike, with white wooden bed frames and bright colour. While the adults are seated on the comfy couch, children can be seated on the white thick fluffy carpet rug while watching the plasma screen TV and indulge with snacks that can be placed in the silver-leafed tray on the low black mirror-finished coffee table in the centre of the lounge. DEPOSIT POLICIES: Payment must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book. The breakage deposit as per property setting is required upon check-in in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card (no actual debit). The hold will be released within 7 days of check-out if no damages have been reported. If no credit card is available upon check-in, cash payment is required which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out. In this case, please forward your banking details upon check-out. The departure cleaning fee is also payable upon check-in (if not already paid via the channel booked) Payments are refundable as per cancellation policy. Exceptions may be considered at the manager's sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate. A Cleaning fee of R350 is applicable and payable on all reservations. Arrivals: Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R250 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over. Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement). - No Smoking allowed in the property - No pets allowed

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in. The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value: More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 10% 1 – 2 Months prior to Arrival – 25% 15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50% 7 – 14 Days prior to Arrival – 75% Within 7 days of Arrival – 100% The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs. Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
