Bivane Dam, Vryheid

1. The occupation of Chalet can take place from 14h00.
2. Chalets must be vacated no later than 10h00 on the day of departure.
3. If you like to leave the Chalet after 10h00, arrangements must be made in advance at the office. The Chalet must be vacated no later than 12h00. The extra cost will be R200.00 from 10h00 to 12h00 on the day of departure.
4. On arrival, the inventory list must be checked. Any differences must be reported to the office immediately.
5. No key deposit will be refunded without the signed inventory list, being handed in at the office.
6. Keys for the chalet/s must be handed in at reception on the day of departure.
7. No fires are allowed inside the Chalets.
8. Fires are only allowed at the designated braai areas. No fires may be left unattended. No bonfires are allowed.
9. Please take your fellow tourist into consideration in order for all to enjoy peace and tranquillity.
10. No vandalism.
11. Any shortages must be reported at the office.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
