Bookings & Deposits Booking requests can be made on the website, by e-mail or telephone. All reservations require an immediate payment of 50% and the balance due no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date. For reservations within 2 weeks of arrival date, full payment is required. For Villa and Penthouse Rentals exceeding 4 Nights, a fully refundable breakages and damages deposit of R20,000 is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure. Booking Process & Confirmation Oceana-Residence will notify the applicant by e-mail to confirm availability during the required period. Once the guest accepts the terms and conditions, a 50% payment secures their booking. The rates stipulated on Oceana-Residence.com indicate the Villa price and will not exceed the maximum number of people: 1.Jacuzzi Suite 1 Room maximum 2 people 2.The Villa 3 Bedroom + 1 maximum 8 people 3.The Penthouse 3 Bedroom maximum 6 people (Optional 4th Separate Bedroom on request only) Maximum 8 People Minimum Rental Stay A minimum of 2 nights applies to all bookings. During high and peak season a minimum stay of 7 – 14 days applies. Oceana-Residence reserves the right to accept/decline reservations that do not meet the minimum stay requirement during that particular season. Check in / Check out Check in is after 2pm and check out is before 11.00 am. Where possible, Oceana-Residence will accommodate check-out beyond the scheduled time as well as early check-in’s, by prior arrangement with Management. Receipt and Attendance Registration On arrival the guest is required to present his passport to the property manager for registration as required by law together with the fully refundable damages Deposit (for Villa and Penthouse bookings exceeding 4 Nights) Pets Regrettably, Oceana-Residence has a no-pet policy Non-Smoking Oceana-Residence has a very strict Non-Smoking policy, any guest found to be smoking inside the living areas, will be requested to leave immediately. The Villa/Penthouse & Suite each have been equipped with a large Patio and Balcony where smoking is welcome and ashtrays will be provided for by housekeeping at your request. Housekeeping – Maintenance The properties will be delivered clean and tidy. Standard cleaning includes Linen & towels but does not include personal laundry (which is available at an additional charge and arranged via Management)
