RATES ARE CALCULATED PER PERSON - Please indicate the correct number of adults and children.
Please note for internet bookings: Weekends and longweekends have to be booked as a whole. Eg. Fri+Sat together, or if a Fri is a public holiday, you would have to take Thurs, Fri and Sat evenings. Note that occasionally internet problems can occur which could cause a double booking. You will be contacted immediately if such a case occurs. Some weeknights not during school holidays or long weekends could qualify for a discount. Please enquire.
On arrival Please park vehicle outside the gates of the Slanghoek Mountain Resort. If office is closed please use intercom or call 076 485 6628 for assistance. Booking in time is from 2pm till 8pm.
The credit card used to make the booking needs to be presented at check-in
A copy of the cardholder's ID/Passport is required on arrival.
After hours maintenance number will be provided if you have a problem while staying in the cabins. (Not for bookings or enquiries please)
Unfortunately no day visitors including guests of the Slanghoek Mountain Resort, no music, quads, boats and no pets allowed. You are welcome to bring canoes.
The person who made the booking and receives these conditions agrees to inform all the members of his group of the conditions and accepts the responsibility to ensure that all the members conform to the stipulations thereof and is responsible of paying the account. Right of admission is reserved. Any person, who misbehaves himself to the judgement of the management or any of its staff members, has to leave the premises on request. No rude language and swearing allowed.
Shop There a shop on Slanghoek Mountain Resort which sells wood, ice, firelighters, cooldrinks, sweets, chips and other basics.
Booking out time is 10am on day of departure. There is a R150 fine for loss of key with remote, so please remember to place keys in postbox outside the office on day of departure.
General
The use of fireworks and open fires are STRICTLTY PROHIBITED. The responsibility of proper supervision over babies, toddlers and children rests on the person in whose care they enter the resort. All facilities are used at own risk. Enquiries about activities must be done one week in advance to ensure that they are available at that time. Platbos log cabins do not accept responsibility for any injuries or damage which may be a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damage visitors may suffer. Visitors bring their belongings at own risk. The resort is not liable for the theft and loss thereof. Visitors are requested to honour the tranquillity of the environment at all times and not to play music. After 23:00 there must be silence.
