Payment
Bookings will only be valid on receipt of full payment that must be paid (2 Days) after booking reservation has been made, failure will result in cancellation of reservation without prior notification. Per arrangement the last and full payment must be made (7 Days) before date of arrival due to load shedding.
Payment will constitute a legal contract between the guest/s and the resort, guest/s accept liability to pay the full booking reservation and agrees to abide by the rules of the resort.

IMPORTANT: The tents are made up according to bookings, please let us know before 16:00 of any changes. We reserve the right to hold or change any booking stands "subject to availability" without prior notice unless otherwise stated. NO SMOKING IN OUR TENTS - you will be fined on the spot. Not applicable with camping, and if camping please be sure to bring a braai stand, 3 point blue caravan plug and gazebo, Kiosk available at lapa. We do NOT have any braaiers available for campers. Breach of the rules would result in your removal without refunds.
NO LOUD NOISE & NO LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED. DO NOT REMOVE ANY BEDDING FROM THE TENTS FOR OUTSIDE USE. DO NOT MOVE ANY FURNITURE AROUND IN THE UNITS DUE TO ELECTRIC WIRES.
TIME: BOOKING IN 14:00 PM TIME: BOOKING OUT 10:00 AM (A PENALTY OF R 200.00 PER HOUR PER UNIT WILL BE CHARGED AFTER CHECK OUT TIME) you are responsible for the keys and content of the unit, PLEASE hand them in by the guards or the Office on departure. PLEASE HAVE YOUR ID/DRIVERS LICENCE AT HAND WHEN YOU CHECK IN A COPY MUST BE MADE WITH CHECK IN.
PLEASE NOTE: These are self-catering units, therefore you are responsible for cleaning. No Microwaves are provided. We will replace hired towels only after every second day. Bring alone own towels for swimming pools. On day of departure please leave unit as it is and hand in the keys and/or hired towels for full refund of the cash deposit, Housekeeping staff will clean after you have checked out.
We have to inform you of the Load Shedding Schedule that our local Municipality has enforced on the affected areas (Lydenburg, Graskop and Sabie), as per undetermined Schedules. These schedules could also affect our heated swimming pool rendering it out of order.
We do apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused due to these events being out of our control.
We comply with the new POPIA, and therefore will only use the information you provide us for booking related matters, your details will not be shared to un-authorized third parties.
By paying for this booking, I agree to and confirm having read the full terms and conditions and that I will not allow more persons to occupy the reserved unit at any time that was provided for. I further indemnify claims that may arise due to fire, death. theft and/or damage of possessions, physical or psychological damage. I/or my family may suffer or lose. I/or my family may incur however caused during our stay or anything not mentioned above.
Please keep the resort clean, dustbins are located in and around the grounds. You confirm that we the resort may only deduct any damages or outstanding amount from the credit card details provided.
