We are proud to present our comfortable, affordable, private and well equipped self-catering Guest House located 700 meters from the pristine beach front.

Guests have the choice of 3 private en suite rooms in our guest house or hiring all the guest suites for special group or family getaways.

Each guest suite provides accommodation for two people. All accommodation is within easy walking distance of restaurants, the shops and the beach.

Our hands-on approach as owner operators means we’re always ready to serve and meet the needs of our guests.

- Credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
- None of our apartments are ocean facing
- Check in is from 2pm onwards
- Should the 50% deposit not be paid or the payment is unsuccessful, the reservation is automatically canceled and guest are encouraged to make contact for alternative payment arrangements
- Sea Breeze facilities are for paying guests only.
- Unfortunately NO VISITORS are allowed
- All our units are nonsmoking, smoking outside is allowed

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 10 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 20 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
