In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R450 cleaning fee per booking.

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.

Children aged between 0 and 18 pay 100% of the sliding scale rate.
No smoking in the apartment.
Children are to be supervised at the swimming pool.
Gas braai on terrace - no wood or coal to be used - please close the gas bottle after use.
Appliances and stove/oven to be switched off after use.
Please respect neighbours, no loud noise after 20:00.
Key to be returned to Key box on exit.
Coffee, tea, sugar, as well as chocolates on pillows are placed for all guests on arrival.
No under 21’s authorised to book without an accompanying adult.
No pets.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 20 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
