- Breakage/Security deposit fee is required. A credit card imprint will be taken on arrival.
- The cleaning is included in the rater per a night. Shorter bookings will receive daily housekeeping, longer bookings will be specified.

- Non-Arrival without cancellation will be charged 100% cancellation.
- Cancellation less than 7 days will be charged 100% cancellation.
- From 7 days to 14 days will be charged 75% of the full stay.
- From 7 days to 14 days will be charged 75% of the full stay.
- From 7 days to 14 days will be charged 75% of the full stay.
- From 14 days to 21 days will be charged 50% of the full stay.
- From 21 days to 30 days will be charged 25% of the full stay.

Cancellations in excess of 30 days prior may incur a maximum 5% administration fee to cover banking and handling charges.

We stayed here for 33 nights and found it to pretty much perfect; a lovely comfortable and contemporary apartment -great location and on site amenities, security, pools etc, and very responsive and friendly operational management from the managing agent, Mountain Marina, and their team of managers and housekeepers.
