A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.

No smoking is allowed inside the houses or the garage,
No pets are allowed.
The noise limit is strictly 20:00 & no music will be played outside the house at any time. Strictly no parties are allowed and a form will be required to sign when checking in.

If the villa is not left in the same condition upon arrival, an R350 excessive cleaning fee will be deducted from the breakage deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
