Important Information

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.

Check in: Between 14:00 and 16:30 (Prior arrangement must be made for check-in later than 16:30)
Check out: 10:00, later than 10:00 guest will be charged for a full extra day.
No smoking allowed inside the houses or the garage,
No pets allowed.
The noise limit is strictly 20:00 and no music will be played outside the house at any time. Strictly no parties allowed (More than two cars per villa constitutes a party unless prior arrangments have been made). If management receives any complaints from the neighbors, management reserves the right to evict the guests without notice or refund for Breach of Contract as an agreement is signed on or before check-in.

There is a breakage deposit payable, if damages are in excess of the deposit, the guests are responsible for the difference and an invoice will be sent.

If the villa is not in the same condition in which the guests received it, a further excessive cleaning fee will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
