With mid-century modern furnishing and pared back colour scheme, the apartment features a large private deck ideal for sundowners .Guest can enjoy full sea view from all levels and the balconies in the upstairs living room and second floor bedroom; whilst the main bedroom has sliding doors leading on to the large deck. The first level of the apartment comprises an open-plan kitchen; dining and air conditioned living area as well as a guest toilet all with panoramic ocean views. The modernist royal turquoise kitchen is fully equipped for six guests, with a dining table to seat nine quests. The living room has a large L-shape sofa and sliding doors leading onto the balcony with stunning sea views.

A spiral like staircase leads you to the middle level which consist of two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with his her basin ,walk in double shower and toilet .Continue down the staircase and you’ll discover the main bedroom which has a little more to offer than just a bed. Guest enters the main bedroom via a small kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and mini fridge which makes it easy for entertaining on the deck. There is also seating area with a sofa bed and TV adjoining the kitchen. The main bedroom is separated from the living area by a divider, allowing for privacy .It offers a king sized bed ,air conditioning and full en-suite bathroom with his and her basin ,walk in shower, freestanding bath and toilet. The lower part of the Sea Point neighbourhood is trendy and popular with an abundance of restaurants, bars, boutiques and convenient stores. The My City bus is less than 500 metres from the apartment, offering easy access to rest of the city. The apartment offers a garage and open parking bay. Remote control access and a alarm system.

Important Information

DEPOSIT POLICIES:
- Please note that the rate does not include a mandatory Admin/Departure cleaning Fee.

Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.

Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R300 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.

Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in.

The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value:

More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 25%

15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50%

Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation fee

The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs.

Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.

15% administrative fee applies to all cancellations.
