Overview

Eaton square is one of the older solid apartment buildings on the Green Point strip right opposite the Cape Town Stadium. The apartment has been renovated and opened up to ensure good flow throughout.

Open plan living room and modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle toaster and coffee maker. Supply of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

The living room still has the original parquet wooden flooring with lots of character. There are two comfortable modern two seater couches in the lounger as well as two ottomans which double up as a mattress for extra sleeping arrangements for children. The large flat screen TV can be watched from either the couch in the living room or from the bedroom through larger sliding doors.

In one corner, surrounded by windows, you find a round glass top dining table with four chairs.

The living room leads onto a balcony with patio furniture.

The bathroom can be accessed from the entrance hall or from the bedroom. A spa bath makes for a special occasion.

Double sliding doors from the bedroom to the living room and to the bathroom really open up the space and offers something different, whilst keeping the bedroom very private – when wanted.

A unique headboard in the bedroom completes the decor.

Important Information

DEPOSIT POLICIES:
- Please note that the rate does not include a mandatory Admin/Departure cleaning Fee.

Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.

Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R300 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.

Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in.

The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value:

More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 25%

15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50%

Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation fee

The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs.

Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.

15% administrative fee applies to all cancellations.
