This modern, prime beachfront holiday apartment is a special seascape getaway where friends and family can unwind after enjoying long sun-filled days on the beach. Situated on the 2nd floor of a secure and popular complex’s building, the positioning of this apartment treats its guests to glorious views of the twinkling blue, warm Indian ocean, while ensuring their privacy.

Guests enter into an open concept, air-conditioned living space which houses the kitchen and lounge, and boasts gorgeous views of the Dolphin Coast. The fully equipped kitchen offers guests all the conveniences of home including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and all necessary appliances. It opens into the lounge and indoor dining area with a lovely bar counter for serving meals. A lounge suite offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a break from the sun with a flat-screen Smart TV which is connected to a dedicated fibre line that streams DStv Now, Netflix and Showmax.

Sliding doors lead onto a semi-covered balcony with a built-in braai and outdoor patio furniture for enjoying holiday meals to the sounds of the waves breaking in the background.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. This room has access to the balcony. A second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower, and a single vanity.

Parking is available on-site.

Cleaning services can be arranged in advance for the duration of your stay, and over weekends and South African public holidays. While the property is fully equipped with laundry facilities, guests can arrange laundry services directly with an outsourced company.

The complex strictly adheres to set quiet hours. Guests breaching these times will be liable for a fine. Guests should especially be aware of noise levels when sitting out on the balcony at night.

Important Information

- 50% Deposit is required to Confirm Reservation.
- 50% Outstanding Balance and Cleaning Fee (R850) is payable 2 weeks prior to Arrival Date.
- Refundable Keys and Breakages Deposit (in the amount of R3000) to be paid prior/on date of Guests Arrival.
- A 15% service fee is charged on all bookings. Kindly note that this service fee also applies to cancellations, irrespective of the reason for cancellation, and/or cancellations which may involve circumstances that are centred around natural disaster, death and/or force majeure, irrespective of the situation.
- Check-in Time: 2pm and Check-Out Time: 10am
- The property is pet-friendly for small breeds of dogs and is subject to prior approval being granted by its host.
- Please note that the property does not refund early departures and/or cancellations which fall outside of the cancellation policy.
- The property maintains a strict Cancellation Policy. Guests are expected to comply with the relevant terms and conditions.
- The property reserves the right to evict for unruly behaviour and overcrowding without refunding.
- Extra cleaning fees may be charged as required.
- Any damage or loss of property will be deducted from Guest's Key and Breakages Deposit, or may result in additional invoicing as required.
- Guests agree to abide by the Body Corporate's strict Rules and Regulations which are outlined on an attachment with the confirmation email which is sent to guests.
- The building's quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. Guests who breach these times will be liable for an automatic fine of R3000. The property reserves the right to retain guests' Refundable Deposits should any guest be found guilty of such transgressions. Guests who fail to comply with these regulations will be evicted from the property.
- Body corporate fines are payable within 24 hours of issue. Guests agree to payment of such fines irrespective of their reasoning for the fine being issued. Please note that fines can amount to more than R5000 and may result in Guests having to immediately vacate the premises.
- The owner and staff of the property will not be held liable for any damages, loss and injuries of guests.
- Guests' occupation of the property, in line with the period of their reservation, will be deemed as their agreement to abide by the property's belowmentioned House Rules, the building’s Body Corporate Rules, and their acceptance of the property's aforementioned Terms of Conditions.

Thanks for choosing to stay. Please ensure that you read and fully understand the following House Rules and Terms and Conditions which have been compiled in line with the Complex's Body Corporate Rules and Regulations. Guests are required to adhere to the following guidelines, and the Body Corporate Rules & Regulations. If anything is unclear, please contact your host who will explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings during the course of your stay.

- Much effort has been put into making this property a lovely space for guests to enjoy. Please be respectful of the property as it is a holiday home and not a hotel. Please treat it with the same respect as you would your own home.
- Please ensure that you maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. Please throw garbage into the bins and ensure that food is not left lying around. Guests can throw excess rubbish into the green bins which are located along the passage.
- This vacation home is perfectly positioned for guests to enjoy fun on the beach. Please wash off beach sand before entering the property.
- This is an eco-friendly home. Please make sure you switch off aircons, lights, fans or any other small electrical appliances when they are not in use/upon leaving the property.
- Monkeys frequent the area. Please keep the windows and doors closed to prevent the monkeys from entering the property when you aren’t around.
- While this building is pet friendly for small breeds of dogs, this is subject to approval prior to booking. Please note, out of respect for future guests, we kindly request that pets aren't permitted to sleep on the furniture and beds. While it goes without saying, guests are required to ensure that their pets do not urinate/defecate within the property, within the building's indoor communal and/or against any of the building's walls. Should any extenuating circumstance arise, guests are required to immediately clean and disinfect the affected area.
- In the case of any accidental damage, the issue will be assessed internally to determine any deduction/repair costs.
- Kindly note that this is a non-smoking property. Guests can smoke on the balcony but not inside.
- Bath towels must not leave the property and/or be used as beach towels.
- This property is not serviced. Cleaning services must be arranged prior to arrival and any associated costs will be borne by the Guest booking.
- Parties and Events are strictly prohibited (not allowed!) If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of any disruptions alerting neighbours, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, out of respect for the caretaker and residents, guests should be mindful of noise. Noise is not permitted before 9 am, and after 10pm (Monday to Sunday.) Guests who breach these times may be evicted and liable to a fine from the body corporate. Please see the properties Terms and Conditions.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Upon booking, Guests will be asked to complete their Guest Registration and to provide copies of each guest/s Identity Document. Please note that only guests who have booked at the premises are permitted to visit the property with a maximum of 6 (approved) guests allowed in the property at any given time.
- Guests are required to provide their vehicle registration number/s which will be sent to the complex's security to enable guests' access.
- Guests’ requests for early arrivals/delayed departures are fully dependent on availability. The property has a high occupancy rate therefore availability will be confirmed around 9:30pm on the evening prior to your date of arrival/on the morning of departure.
- Kindly ensure that all doors and windows are locked when you're out/upon vacating the premises.
- Never leave children without any adult supervision at the property. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House Rules.
- Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance, and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the properties rates.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If cancelling 365 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
