In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R360 cleaning fee per booking.

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

Please note that noise is not allowed in any common areas of the building and the building has quiet hours from 22:00 to 05:00.
Day visitors are not allowed.
The maximum occupancy must not be breached.
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony and not inside the apartment or common areas of the building.
Guests may strictly use the apartment for vacation purposes only. Should the apartment be used by corporate guests, these guests are not allowed to promote their business in any way or form in the building or on the premises.
The apartment may not be used for any business where any illegal trade is involved.
No alcohol consumption in any common areas of the building such as the corridor, parking area and the lift.
Vehicles parked in incorrect parking bays will be clamped and an R 500 removal fee will be applied.
Guests may be subject to penalties or eviction if they fail to adhere to the rules.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
