Please note that we cannot accept bookings without 48 hours notice before check-in as Zimbali will not allow guests into the property without the necessary notice and thus your booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 45 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 240 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
