All of the bedrooms are located on the top floor of the house, and 4 of the rooms open onto a wraparound balcony. The balcony features a built-in braai area, and views of the mountains. Downstairs; the well-equipped kitchen contains an oven, fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer.

The living area opens onto a verandah, which has a patio furniture and an outdoor dining table that seats 10 persons. The house also has a second TV room with a small kitchenette. Parking is available on the property for 3 vehicles.

The house is located approximately 4 km from Hermanus Golf Club, and 6 km from the Village Square Centre and town centre, which offers an array of restaurants, shops, and popular whale-watching spots for guests to visit.
