Guests need to check in between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday, and 08:00 and 14:00 on weekends and public holidays.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: A reservation cancelled by notice in writing at least 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival date may be released,and no cancellation fee will be charged. Any guaranteed bookings that are cancelled 30 (thirty) days or less prior to the arrival date are subject to the following cancellation penalties: - 50% cancellation fee on total booking if cancelled 29 - 15 days prior to arrival - 100% cancellation fee of total booking if cancelled 14- 0 days or in the case of a no show. - 100% cancellation fee on a total booking for bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival or in case of a no show.
