31 The Village is a self-catering apartment located in Hout Bay, a captivating coastal suburb of Cape Town. It is ideally situated just a 20-minute drive from the city centre and all of its top tourist attractions. Hout Bay enjoys a rural atmosphere surrounded by a cobalt blue ocean, magnificent mountain ranges, and eclectic shops and restaurants.

The Village apartment block is situated in the heart of Hout Bay, right on the main beach, surrounded by wonderful shops, many restaurants, coffee shops and breakfast places. The beach is only a few meters away, in fact, you only have to cross the road and you are on the sand.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a TV with selected DStv channels.

The doors of the lounge and main bedroom open to a sheltered balcony with outdoor furniture and fabulous beach and sea views. The complex offers 24-hour security, a large indoor heated swimming pool for use of residents and tenants, a lift to all levels, secure locked basement parking, and a lovely planted atrium.
