408 Point Bay is a self-catering apartment located in a secure building, situated in the Point Waterfront area of Durban. The building is ideally situated approximately 4 km from the passenger terminals, and other facilities at the harbour.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults with 3 small children and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds and a cot. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower. The lounge can accommodate 2 small children on the couch.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The lounge has a comfy L-shaped couch and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Wi-Fi Internet can be arranged at an extra cost.

The living area opens up onto a lovely balcony which has an outdoor dining table. The complex also offers guests a rooftop swimming pool and secure parking on the premises.

Durban has many great facilities and attractions in a 5 km radius for guests to visit, such as uShaka Marine World, Marine Funworld, South Beach, Beachwood Mangroves Nature Reserve, the Durban ICC, to name but a few places.

Important Information

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R400 admin fee per booking.

- A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
- The breakage deposit needs to be paid via EFT 1 week before check-in. The host will send you banking details for payment
- The breakage deposit will be refunded 7-14days after checkout.
- Cleaning: We have ladies that come in every day between 11:00 -12:00 pm to tidy up the units. Their names are Zama and Vumile. If you don’t wish for your unit to be cleaned during your stay please either let me know or you can tell the ladies directly when they come and knock on the door
- On check-in the establishment will provide guests with some basic amenities, once this runs out you will be expected to replenish this at your own cost

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
