41 Licorna is a tastefully furnished self-catering apartment, located in the secure gated Licorna Beach complex in Umhlanga. The complex offers direct access onto the Blue Flag bathing beach, as well as a communal swimming pool and braai area set in a landscaped garden.

The air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and lounge area, and an extra large balcony. The main bedroom contains a double bed and an open-plan en-suite with a Jacuzzi-bath. This room has doors opening to the balcony. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and the third bedroom contains a king-size bed. There is a sleeper couch in the living area for the 7th guest. The second bathroom contains a double shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The third bathroom contains a shower, toilet and a washbasin. Bath towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The lounge boasts a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The living area opens to the outside balcony. A section of the balcony is covered and contains seating and gas braai facilities. The rest of the balcony is open, with outdoor dining furniture, and stunning beach and breaker views.

Secure undercover parking is provided in the complex. There is also a ‘manned’ reception area and a self-service laundry facility. Wi-Fi is also available to guests.
