Cancellation Policy

To guarantee booking, the deposit must be paid by credit card, or electronic transfer or direct deposit into our bank account. Please let me know as soon as you made your deposit. I will confirm your booking on receipt of your deposit. A 5% of the total accommodation amount will be retained if you cancel your booking more than 30 days before arrival. No refund of the booking deposit if the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before day of arrival.
