Refundable Damage Deposit: R5,000 (if you damage the home, you may be charged up to R15,000)

Prepayment Policy
50% deposit, signed Booking Forms, and copies of Passports to secure the booking. 50% balance and damage deposit 60 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Payment is non-refundable unless the Owner manages to rebook any nights that were cancelled. Consumer Protection Act will apply and if guests can’t travel due to travel restrictions, the Owner will offer a travel credit for the property.
