The air-conditioned penthouse can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, twin washbasins and an enclosed toilet. This room has sliding doors opening to the balcony. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The third bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and washbasins.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, washing machine, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge area contains a sleeper couch, a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Important Information

All booking will incur once off R550 Admin fee. This will be included on the invoice sent once the booking is made.

There is also a breakage and disturbance deposit of R2000 per booking which is refundable after your stay as well as a community levy of R10 per night.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
