54 Sandringham is a lovely self-catering apartment in Mouille Point, perfectly situated within a short distance of the V&A Waterfront, OZCF market; as well as restaurants, delis and grocery stores in either direction along Beach Road.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival: 0% penalty.
- Cancellations 30 to 45 days prior to arrival: forfeit 25% of total booking costs.
- Cancellations 15 to 30 days prior to arrival: forfeit 50% of total booking costs.
- Cancellations within 15 days of arrival: forfeit 100% of total booking costs.
- An additional 10% handling fee will be charged on all cancellations.
