Overview

Summer Breeze is a sophisticated Cape Town apartment offering an abundance of space, with a wide wooden floorplan, high ceilings, tall windows and a loft bedroom with a huge dressing room.

It’s so stylishly furnished and classically decorated in black and white tones that guests often react with a “wow” as they enter. White leather and grey upholstered couches frame the lounge which offers satellite TV, extra speakers and a DVD. The 6-seater dining table is topped with a candelabra. The loft bedroom has a queen size bed and a large walk-in dressing room with lots of built-in-cupboards.
The kitchen is equipped with masses of storage space and top quality fixtures like Nespresso coffee machine, DeLonghi kettle and toaster, a combination washer/dryer, oven, hob and fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower.

A rooftop swimming pool, gym and dedicated parking bay is accessed by walking across a skywalk to the adjacent Adderley building.

The city is in full swing outside Mutual Heights and guests can walk to many places of interest in the city centre, including CBD businesses, tourist attractions, galleries, museums, street markets, restaurants and cafes.

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable on arrival by means of a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit (i.e. 5% of the total cost) to cover bank charges.
- Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 50% (i.e. 25% of the total cost) of the deposit.
- Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the full deposit (i.e. 50% of the total cost).

The following fees apply if you wish to cancel your reservation and reschedule for a future date:
- Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur no rescheduling fee.
- Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit (i.e. 12.5% of the total reservation cost).
- Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit (i.e. 25% of the total reservation cost).
