Admirals Watch is a double-story, self-catering, holiday house that offers stunning harbor and ocean views in Simon's Town. This exclusive villa is located close to the waterfront shops, restaurants, and yacht club.

The villa accommodates up to 6 persons and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms, located to the left and right of the staircase, each have a private en-suite. The laundry room is situated behind the stairs. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, private en-suite including a bath and open shower, and has access to the patio via stacker doors.

The kitchen is well-equipped for meal preparation including oven, stove, and microwave. Once upstairs, the open-plan living area has a large dining table, comfortable sofas next to the stacker doors, and additional sofas to enjoy the television and gas fireplace.

Once outside the stacker doors, guest can enjoy their kids by the plunge pool on the outdoor furniture or soak up the sun on the sun loungers. A large outdoor dining table with a sun umbrella fits perfectly next to the gas BBQ grill.
Secure, covered parking is available for 1 vehicle in the garage.

Admirals Watch is situated 5 minutes from the penguin attraction - Boulders Beach.

Important Information

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R1000 admin fee and a R850 cleaning fee per booking.

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the establishment.

A cleaning fee of R850 and an admin fee of R1000 must be paid with the balance.

A breakage deposit of R500 will be invoice for all bookings.

A booking fee of R850 will be invoiced upon a confirmed booking. This fee will cover the bed linen and towels used, and the household items we provide during your stay. This is not a cleaning fee. A checklist will be completed upon check-out to accumulate any damages caused during your stay.

Arrivals must be confirmed no later than one day before arrival. We will make contact upon confirmed booking to discuss any queries you may have and confirm arrival time. If there is a booking departing on your arrival day, a minimum of 2 pm will be requested to allow time to clean, sanitize and prepare the property for your arrival.
failure to commit to the confirmed arrival time will lead to an R150 late penalty and R100 for every hour after the confirmed time.

Departures are gracefully set at a maximum of 12 noon (if needed) and only apply when there is no consecutive booking. If there is a consecutive booking you will be asked to check-out by 10:30 to allow cleaning staff to clean, sanitize and prepare the property for the next guest arriving at 2 pm.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
