The entire villa is for the exclusive and private use of our guests only. The Residence consists of a large 4 Bedroom (5 Bed) Villa on 2 levels. Bottom level has two full size balconies for dining, 2 bedrooms and all Guest living areas, open plan dining room, kitchen and lounge. Upstairs consists of additional two bedrooms, two full size bathrooms, Private additional TV room (for children or couples wishing to watch alternative TV to main lounge) and two excellent panoramic sea view patios. Below and above the villa are two additional self contained, one newly built and renovated guest Cottage and flatlet. Ideal for large family holidays for family members who wish to be together, yet enjoy their own privacy. The Residence has its own private swimming pool and tanning patio and plenty of private, secure, lockable parking.
Other things to note
Any guests wishing to have parties, events or any social gathering that exceed the number of guests permitted, or that may be inclined to make noise after 9pm, are strongly discouraged. We thank you for your kind understanding.
