Overview

Astrandt 3 is a beautifully decorated, ground-floor beach cottage situated in Paternoster. It is just 40m from the sea with direct access to the beach through a beautiful servitude. Please note that there are no sea views from this unit.

This unit features a separate bedroom that is furnished with a queen-size bed, a bathroom that is fitted with a shower only, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-plate stove, bar fridge, toaster, and kettle. The living area features a TV with the full DStv bouquet. There is also a wall-mounted panel heater for colder days.

Outside, guests have access to off-street parking and outdoor braai facilities. Regrettably, pets and children are not allowed. Wi-Fi Internet access is available at the office. Please note that there is another unit above Astrandt 3. The stairs of the upper unit are next to the braai area of this unit.

The quaint fisherman's village of Paternoster on the West Coast is a mere 90 minutes from Cape Town. Generally, there isn't much to do around the village, but to relax and find yourself again. Entertainment is offered by the waves, the gulls and, sometimes, the foghorn.

Important Information

Breakage Deposit:
A key & breakage deposit of R1000 is payable with the deposit prior to arrival. This deposit is refundable by bank transfer within 5 – 7 working days after departure, once house has been checked and all found in order.

Check-in time is strictly between 14h00 – 17h00 (Mon – Thu), 14h00 – 19h00 (Fri) & 14h00 – 16h00 (Sat & Sun & Public Holidays). A surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof, will be charged for any arrival later than check-in time as indicated.

Check-out time is strictly at 10h00 on the last day of your stay

PLEASE NOTE: No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Good Friday, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled more than one month prior to arrival 85% of deposit will be refunded.
Between 30 & 22 days prior to arrival 70% of deposit will be refunded.
Between 21 & 16 days before arrival date 50% of amount paid will be refunded
Between 15 & 7 days before arrival date 20% of amount paid will be refunded
Less than 7 days before arrival date, or in the event of a guest not arriving, no refund will be considered or paid.
