We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of cancellations or other situations where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.

* The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in
* All music must be turned off between 22h00 and 09h00.
* Arrival and departure times are to be adhered to unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon.
* Children (over the age of 12) must be under parental supervision.
* Day visitors are only allowed by prior arrangement.
* Guests need to be registered in advance for all bookings.
* Management must be advised before departure if any items have been damaged or broken.
* Management reserves the right to cancel any booking if any of the above terms and conditions are not met.

* Rooms may only be occupied by the registered guests.
* There is a minimum requirement of two-night stays.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
An administrative fee of 17.25 % will apply to all cancellations.
