Cancellation Policy

- If guests cancel their trip after the booking was confirmed the cancellation policy will apply.
- The Managing Agent will do the utmost best to secure other reservations for the period cancelled.
- If successful the Managing Agent will refund guests less administration fee and bank charges and commissions.
- However the following cancellation policy will apply if we are not successful in securing alternative reservations.
- If cancelled 14 days or less before arrival date guests are liable for 100% of quoted rate.
- If cancelled 15 days or longer before the arrival date guests are liable for 75% of quoted rate.
