Overview

As you enter the apartment you feel at home and know this is the perfect place for a holiday from where you can explore the many attractions Cape Town has to offer. The entrance leads into a bright double volume open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with heaps of natural light streaming in from the windows in the sky and the huge sliders leading onto the balcony. From the balcony you have spectacular views to Table Mountain. Patio furniture ensures excellent outside living and entertainment. Be sure to close all doors and windows when leaving the apartment as to avoid the “Cape Doctor” creating havoc with the furniture and your possessions – especially during summer months from November to March. The living room is decorated in natural colours and has a relaxed holiday feel.

Two of the three bedrooms offer Queen Beds, whilst the third bedroom has two single beds allowing the rooms to comfortably accommodate six guests. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and corner bath; the shared bathroom consists of a shower, basin and toilet only.

Set above a Seaside Shopping Village and metres away from the beach this three bedroom, two bathroom light and bright holiday apartment with balcony and views towards Table Mountain is more than a convenient space to call home.

Important Information

DEPOSIT POLICIES:
Payment must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.

Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.

Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R300 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.

Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in.

The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value:

More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 25%

15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50%

Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation fee

The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs.

Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.

15% administrative fee applies to all cancellations.
