This is a stunning 3-bedroom penthouse apartment with all the modern trimmings for a holiday-makers dream vacation. The apartment is located in the exclusive Ebb Tibe building in Bakoven and overlooks Barley Bay. The apartment boasts stunning ocean and mountain views.

When entering the apartment there is an open plan living room that is open to the kitchen and dining room. The living area leads onto a terrace with an amazing vista over the ocean, Lions Head and Camps Bay. There are large glass doors which open to transform the living room into part of the terrace. On the terrace is a glass three-sided rim-flow plunge pool.

The kitchen is state of the art with a Viking refrigerator / freezer and a Bosch washing machine. These is the following Miele appliances: dishwasher, stove, wine fridge and coffee machine. The kitchen has an amazing view with bar counter and bar stools.

The open plan dining area has a large oak table with seats for 8 guests

The apartment has satellite television (hotel boutique), DVD and CD player, docking station and surround sound in all the rooms.

Downstairs are the three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a great view over the ocean.

There is a king size bed and open en-suite bathroom with bath and shower with a fantastic view. There is a private toilet and walk in closet.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is en-suite with a shower.

The third bedroom has two single beds with a en-suite bath and shower.

Important Information

Damage deposit:
Upon arrival guests will be asked to provide a damage deposit as well as a valid credit card number as guarantee for the apartment and its content for any damages caused. Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be deducted from your damage deposit, and that you will also be liable for any excess damages. A damage deposit of R20 000 will be requested upon arrival. This damage deposit should be paid in cash or by credit card. Please see your confirmation email to see which method of payment is required. Cash. All damage deposits paid in cash will be refunded in full at check-out, and following an inspection of the apartment for any damages. Credit card: All deposits paid with a credit card will be refunded to that same card used for payment made, between 4 to 7 days following departure into the apartment, and after inspection for damages.

Apartment cleaning:
Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied. If not, there will be an additional cleaning charge. The apartment will be cleaned on a daily basis excluding Sundays and public holidays. Cleaning fee is included in the advertised rate.

- Pets are not allowed

Check-in time:
The apartment will be available as of 14:00h, however we will always try to accommodate clients arriving early if we possibly can. Please remember we have a fee of R300.00 ( for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00). This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival in cash.

Check-out time:
You should leave the apartment before or at 11:00. Leaving after 11:00 without prior authorisation will be penalised.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:
All cancellations or changes must be made via email or fax. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted. The pre-paid booking deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. In the event of cancellation of a fully paid booking (100% of stay) , there is a cancellation charge corresponding to the number of days it was made prior to the day of arrival: 30-89 days before: 50% of the total amount. Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount. In the event that the guest changes the dates or apartment, it will be considered a new booking and will be subject to the standard cancellation procedures. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase holiday cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policy. If BookNow is not able to provide the client with the property that s/he booked, the client will be informed and will be offered a new property with similar features. If both parties are not able to reach an agreement, the client will be refunded the amount paid, subject to the following conditions: 100% of the rental amount before arriving to the apartment. The percentage corresponding to the days not used of the booked stay.
