Important Information

Minimum 2 day booking is required for some and 4 days for other apartments.
Arrival between 2pm and 5pm unless special permission is granted for a late check in. Full image copy of ID and selfie is required ahead of time for late check ins. Late check in is from 6pm where possible and for same day bookings this is not possible. The Empire building does not allow check in after 6pm under any circumstances so please be aware. Late check ins at a fee of R350 if before 9pm and R500 till midnight.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
