Guests enter on the ground level and proceed up to the living area, where there is an open-plan dining and sitting room with a well-appointed galley kitchen. The apartment features Wi-Fi on all levels, as well as air-conditioning for those hot summer days. A kids room, also known as the 'Rhino Room', contains a bunk bed. An indoor braai and entertainment area can also be found on this level.

Up another level are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a bath and shower. Each bedroom contains a queen-size bed and one of the rooms is air-conditioned. The main bedroom features a private balcony with lovely sea views, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, ceiling-to-floor mirrored closets and air-conditioning.

A washing machine and tumble-dryer are available for guests to use on longer stays. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave.

The upper level boasts a Jacuzzi with stunning views across the beach and bay; there is also a large swivel umbrella and loungers for tanning.

The apartment is situated in the secure Anchorage building and offers secure parking behind an electronic gate.

The property has an an 8kW inverter with 10.4kW battery storage to provide power during load shedding or power outages.
