Beachhaven is located on the Dolphin Coast, overlooking the Indian Ocean and is just 40 minutes from the airport and 55 minutes north of Durban.

Accommodation is offered for up to 6 people with a cot or mattress for an extra child or two.

The unit has 3 double bedrooms all with air-conditioning and wonderful sea views. There are three bathrooms: The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, a large bath and sea views. Guest washroom off the living area level.

The living area, which is on the second floor, is open-plan with high ceilings and stunning sea views.
The unit offers a TV with DStv and a large selection of DVDs. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric hob and oven, and a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers.

Quality white linen, towels, soaps and amenities are provided. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

A concealed snooker-pool table and accessories are available on the ground floor. A plunge pool is available on a private garden terrace. There is a deck in the bush with views over the house and out to the Indian Ocean.

Cell signal is poor but the Wi-Fi in the house allows for Viber, Skype etc. A landline telephone can be used for incoming calls or by using a Telkom card, for outgoing calls.

There is private parking for 3 cars, 2 covered carports and 1 garage. Cleaning service included Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

It is part of the 5-star rated golf estate, Prince's Grant, and enjoys all the facilities of a superb estate including top security, a restaurant, bar, nature trails, sports facilities, biking, communal pools and children's play areas. The estate facilities include a bar and restaurant, tennis and squash courts, children's play area, canoes, pedal boats and Fat Bike biking facilities all on-site. There is also a bird hide and 3 communal swimming pools.
