There are 2 braai areas indoors, one in the lounge area and one in the dining room area. The lounge has a flat-screen Smart TV connected to a JBL soundbar with a full selection of DStv channels as well as Wi-Fi.

Stacker doors lead out to the outside fire pit entertainment area next to a solar heated sparkling blue splash pool. Small pets are welcome prior to arrangement. Secure parking is available for 1 vehicles inside a double garage. There is also sufficient parking on the driveway.

Attractions in the area include West Coast National Park, Buffelsfontein Game and Nature Reserve, Langebaan Country Estate with its signature Gary Player Knight golf course, and beautiful white sandy beaches that stretch endlessly along the Langebaan Lagoon.

Important Information

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R1050 cleaning fee per booking.

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the establishment.

- Guests are expected to sign a rental agreement with the establishment on confirmation of the booking.
- Right of admission to this property is reserved. Should In Touch (the manager) find any Guest behaving in an inappropriate manner, all guests will be instructed to leave the property immediately, without a warning. In such a case, no payments will be refunded.
- Excessive noise and/or loud music at any time of the day or night will not be allowed.
- No person shall cause any unacceptable disturbance, excessive or undue noise that disturbs or impairs or may disturb or impair the convenience or peace of any person. The penalty will be between R500.00 - R1000.00.
- Activities like team building and partying on the property will not be permitted.
- No smoking is permitted on the property.
- No pets are allowed on the property, except by special arrangements for guide dogs to aid handicapped or visually impaired guests.
- If there are any traces, signs or smells indicating that any guest was smoking in the property, the total deposit will be forfeited.
- The key/breakage deposit is normally refunded within 14 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
