Bettys Rest La Villa, Bettys Bay

Betty's Rest is nestled among the Fynbos in the picturesque coastal village of Betty's Bay, a 5-minute walk from both Silversands Beach and Rondevlei Lake, and 5-minute drive from the Sand-boarding slopes of Blesberg Dune, one of the highest commercial sand-boarding dunes in Africa.

Accommodation comprises 2 units. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, DStv facilities at an additional fee.

La Villa is a fully equipped self-catering house with 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 offers a double bunk. There are day beds in the sun room, ultimately accommodating eight guests. Additional sleeping facilities may be arranged at nominal additional costs. A toilet-shower, as well as a separate toilet-shower off the sun-room ensures maximum comfort. There is an additional secluded shower in the garden. La Villa offers secure parking in addition to off-street driveway parking.

The Manor is a fully equipped self-catering house with 2 large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, vanity dressing table and seating area with coffee table. Bedroom 2 offers a triple bunk bed and a single bed. Beds for six guests. There is a sleeper couch in an open plan lounge/TV area and a couch as well as breakfast table in the sun room. The distinguishing feature of The Manor is a large modern bathroom with shower and generous sized bath. The Manor has free secure off-street parking for 1 vehicle and pavement parking for one more vehicle.

Guests have access to a garden with a koi pond, braai facilities and secure parking on the premises.

Places of keen interest in and around Bettys Bay include the Harold Porter Botanical Gardens, the Stony Point Penguin Colony, the Kogelberg Nature Reserve and the Bettys Bay Sand-boarding slopes. Activities include hiking, whale watching, shark cage diving, mountain biking, horseback riding, white-water rafting and river tubing, canoeing, quad biking, paintballing, kloofing, etc.
