Four of the bedrooms each contain a double bed and the other 2 contains 2 single beds. The house has a main living area and pool deck, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The main living area and pool deck are situated in the centre of the home, creating the ideal social gathering point. The furnished pool deck has sun loungers, dining furniture and a plunge pool; this is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Occupancy is strictly the number of guests booked. NO day visitors, unless prior arrangements are made with booking agent and consent is received in writing.
No parties, loud noises allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival on confirmed bookings made for dates between 15 December and 15 January, forfeit 100% of deposit.
