Boulevard 114 is a fully furnished self-catering apartment in the secure Margate Boulevard complex in the heart of Margate. The complex is located opposite the Margate main beach, and the Margate municipal swimming pool and is near to various restaurants and shops.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, and comprises 3 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, and a balcony. The first and second bedrooms each contain a double bed. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge area is air-conditioned and contains a TV.

Margate Boulevard offers security controlled access, and on-site parking.

There are a number of amenities to enjoy in the area. Guests can have a lovely lunch at Mac Banana, Deli & Bakery or Mac Fish. Activities in the area include paint ball shooting, speciality shops, a bird viewing deck, a jungle gym, play areas for children, a butterfly dome and pony rides.

The Wild Coast Sun Casino is also on the way to Port Edward and Lake Eland is the place to be for sight seeing. Kids can also enjoy an educational trip to Pure Venom snake park on the Izotha Road near to Shelly Beach. Must-Byt fishing and boat trips, deep sea views and deep sea swimming are also popular activities in Shelly Beach. Parents can enjoy dinner and dancing at Pistols Saloon just past Ramsgate.

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R550 admin fee per booking.

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

- Please note that the R550 admin fee is included in the quote.
- The R1000 refundable breakage deposit fee is payable before arrival and is not included in the rate.
- The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to the host.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
- Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
- Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform the host immediately.
- The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
- Please remember to email the host your account details.
- Please ensure that the outstanding balance reflects in the host's bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
- No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
- If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
- Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- The owner cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond the owner's control. In the event of any appliance being out of order we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.

Don’t forget to bring the following:
- Towels for swimming and bathing.
- DStv decoder with the remote and card.
- Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for your stay.
