A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours to secure your booking. Bookings will automatic expire within 48 hours without a secure deposit. The balance is due 5 working days prior to arrival, No keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid.

A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R800 applies to every booking irrespective of the length of stay. Payable in cash on arrival
A refundable breakages deposit of R2000 is due in cash on arrival

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for the peak seasons may not be made less than 90 days (3 months) prior to arrival date, and less than 30 days (2 months) prior to arrival date for off-peak periods. A cancellation fee equal to 20% deposit will be charged.
