The space
The historic building was the residence of William Hoy and it is over 100 years old, now called William Hoy House. The Victorian style building's still remains with the original Oregan pine floors seeing mainly at the entrance and kitchen.

Spacious open plan kitchen (with dishwasher) and a brand new fridge, dining and lounge area with a fireplace and large windows and doors opening out to a spacious, sunny and private balcony with fantastic views of the iconic Table Mountain!

Guest access
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a small apartment block (of 4 apartments). There is no lift with a flight of stairs up to the 1st floor. Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves. The lounge and bedroom open onto a spacious, private balcony overlooking Table Mountain. There is an additional front balcony area.

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.

Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
