The space
This cozy 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom bungalow is perfectly located on Clifton’s famous 4th Beach, one of the world’s top beaches. The house features a modern kitchen with high-end appliances, stylish bathrooms, and quality linen and crockery. It’s just a 1-minute walk to the beach, an 8-minute walk to Camps Bay, and a 5-minute drive to the city center.

The home is secure, peaceful, and private, with fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room except the third bedroom. Three bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and all four bedrooms offer stunning views. The spacious lounge is perfect for relaxing and watching movies, with a sound system that enhances the cinematic experience.

The courtyard is great for sunbathing or enjoying a braai with friends. The property is very safe, connected to a local security company, and offers free street parking (no allocated parking).
