C-esta is a tastefully furnished and spacious 3-bedroom holiday house, situated in Langebaan central, 1 km from Langebaan Beach.

The double-storey house comprises a large and inviting open-plan kitchen and living area, 3 spacious bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs. One of the bedroom is fitted with a double bed and a bunk bed, and the other has a double bed and a three-quarter bed. These 2 downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, bath, basin and toilet. Fresh linen and bath towels are provided, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The ground-floor level has its own lounge and dining area with a TV, and a large patio with built-in braai facilities

The open-plan living area is comfortably furnished with couches, a TV with full DStv channels, and a large dining room table. Stacking doors open up onto a covered patio with built-in braai facilities and comfy patio furniture to spend evenings outdoors in the evening sea breeze, with views over the lagoon and Saldanha Bay.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as necessary appliances.

The house is designed in such a way that even though every room in the house is spacious, the living ares are all-inclusive, allowing guests to relax and spend time together, ensuring a great holiday experience.

C-esta is conveniently situated with access to attractions in and around Langebaan, such as Club Mykonos, Laguna Mall, West Coast National Park, and a number of restaurants.

Important Information

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R900 cleaning fee per booking.

A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the establishment.

- Guests are expected to sign a rental agreement with the establishment on confirmation of the booking.
- Right of admission to this property is reserved. Should In Touch (the manager) find any Guest behaving in an inappropriate manner, all guests will be instructed to leave the property immediately, without a warning. In such a case, no payments will be refunded.
- Excessive noise and/or loud music at any time of the day or night will not be allowed.
- No person shall cause any unacceptable disturbance, excessive or undue noise that disturbs or impairs or may disturb or impair the convenience or peace of any person. The penalty will be between R500.00 - R1000.00.
- Activities like team building and partying on the property will not be permitted.
- No smoking is permitted in the property.
- No pets are allowed on the property, except by special arrangements for guide dogs to aid handicapped or visually impaired guests.
- If there are any traces, signs or smells indicating that any guest was smoking in the property, the total deposit will be forfeited.
- The key/breakage deposit is normally refunded within 14 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
