The open-plan living area leads onto the large pool area - complete with outdoor furniture for dining with a peak of the ocean and mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with high-end appliances. There is a laundromat with a washing machine, steamer, and dryer downstairs.

The lounge is fitted with a large L-shaped couch, a smart TV with DSTV, and of course a gorgeous view of the ocean.

Important Information

For bookings where the arrival date is more than 7 days in the future, 50% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days of the check-in date.
Regular reminders will be sent to settle the outstanding 50% from 7 days prior to arrival. If we have not received the remaining 50% of the booking prior to arrival, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation and enforce the cancellation policy.
If the initial 50% payment has not been received within 48 hours of making the booking, the booking will be cancelled.
For bookings where the arrival date is less than 7 days in the future, 100% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking.
Under no circumstances will keys be given to the guest until 100% of the booking is paid.
Cancellation of the booking more than 7 days before checkin date will result in a charge of 50% of the booking value.
Cancellation of the booking within 7 days of checkin date will result in a charge of 100% of the booking value.
