Capri House offers the ideal self-catering family getaway in a great location in the quiet suburb of Capri Village, just a few minutes drive from the white sandy beaches of Noordhoek and Kommetjie's Long Beach. The house is perched on a hilltop overlooking the valley below with a distant but beautiful view of the ocean.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and is fitted with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, kettle, toaster, and a scullery area with a washing machine and a dishwasher. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge area contains seating, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The lounge opens to a covered patio with outdoor seating, outdoor dining furniture and a kettle braai. The house offers a remarkable garden and ample space for late afternoon games on the grass or an evening braai.

Kids toys and books, as well as complimentary use of a travel crib and high chair are provided. The house is also conveniently equipped with a load shedding battery with a capacity of 720W. It will easily power the internet, TV, and a couple of standing lights.

There is a 2-car garage and additional parking behind a security gate adjacent to the house.
