Overview

A welcoming, light and spacious family house with separate self contained flat. The living floor is open plan dining room, chef’s kitchen, double living room and guest toilet, that all flows onto a patio, garden and pool.

The large chef’s kitchen has all appliances, double oven and double door fridge. The kitchen flows through a sliding door onto the covered patio and garden, which has a large braai/BBQ, Weber braai, 10 seater outside table, pretty garden and pool. The TV room as a large TV with wifi connection, full DSTV premium, Showmax and Netflix. The wifi is accessible in all areas of the house and is a fast line, uncapped.

The front patio has a view of Lion’s head, with an 8 seater table and gas BBQ.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a beautiful view of Lion’s Head and the ocean to the side. A kingsize bed and large ensuite bathroom with both shower and bath, double basins and toilet. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed, the third bedroom a queen size bed - both of which share a family bathroom with a shower and bath, basin and toilet.

Once through the front gate, the flat has a separate entrance to the house. It has a large open plan living room into a large, equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a king size bed. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

The garage can accommodate one car with direct access to the house.
The housekeeper comes once a week (but more can be arranged), she will come in every second day to water the plants. There is an alarm system with outside beams, linked to Avenue Response security.

electricity and water are included, they can’t be capped but unreasonable usage will be billed from the deposit.

Important Information

Damage deposit:
Upon arrival guests will be asked to provide a damage deposit as well as a valid credit card number as guarantee for the property and its content for any damages caused. Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be deducted from your damage deposit, and that you will also be liable for any excess damages. A damage deposit will be requested upon arrival. This damage deposit should be paid in cash or by credit card. Please see your confirmation email to see which method of payment is required. Cash. All damage deposits paid in cash will be refunded in full at check-out, and following an inspection of the property for any damages. Credit card: All deposits paid with a credit card will be refunded to that same card used for payment made, between 4 to 7 days following departure into the property, and after inspection for damages.

Property cleaning:
Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the property in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the property tidied. If not, there will be an additional cleaning charge. The property will be cleaned on a daily basis excluding Sundays and public holidays. Cleaning fee is included in the advertised rate.

- Pets are not allowed

Check-in time:
The property will be available as of 14:00h, however we will always try to accommodate clients arriving early if we possibly can. Please remember we have a fee of R300.00 ( for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00). This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival in cash.

Check-out time:
You should leave the property before or at 11:00. Leaving after 11:00 without prior authorisation will be penalised.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or changes must be made via email or fax. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted. The pre-paid booking deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. In the event of cancellation of a fully paid booking (100% of stay) , there is a cancellation charge corresponding to the number of days it was made prior to the day of arrival:

30-89 days before: 50% of the total amount.
Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount.

In the event that the guest changes the dates or property, it will be considered a new booking and will be subject to the standard cancellation procedures. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase holiday cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policy. If BookNow is not able to provide the client with the property that s/he booked, the client will be informed and will be offered a new property with similar features. If both parties are not able to reach an agreement, the client will be refunded the amount paid, subject to the following conditions: 100% of the rental amount before arriving to the property. The percentage corresponding to the days not used of the booked stay.
