Semi-detached in design and built over three floors, the upper level houses a modern, fully equipped kitchen with deluxe amenities, including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Perfect for entertaining, a stylish breakfast bar that seats three and connects the kitchen and living areas and enjoys beautiful mountain views.

Living and dining areas communicate effortlessly with one another on this level and connect with the pebble-screed terrace via vast glass sliding doors, conveying a supreme sense of fluidity and ease. Svelte, designer furniture, including large, plush sofas and a retro dining table that seats 12 add a touch of glamour, while smooth wooden flooring contrast with the creamy, natural hues of the décor to create a sense of tranquil harmony.

The entrance level of the house has 2 bedrooms, one with a large king-sized bed, the other with twin beds, air-conditioning and ample cupboard space. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and access to a balcony. A guest toilet is also conveniently located on this level.

The remaining two bedrooms can be found on the lower level of the house, as well as a spacious family room with large flat screen television. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the third has twin beds, which can be converted into a king.
Both bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning with one opening out onto a protected garden and patio area with a swimming pool.

The property offers off-street parking in the form of a double garage and is fully secured with an alarm system.
A short drive will take you to the palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay, which is lined with busy restaurants, buzzing bars and cool cafés.

HOUSEKEEPING
This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

Important Information

Arrival & Departure
Standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is before 10am on the day of departure.
We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special requests, please contact the office to arrange this prior to the date of your arrival.
To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of half a day's rental may be charged.
Upon check-in, you may be required to produce proof of identification and your credit card.
Should guests not check-out at the agreed time on the check-out date, the manager will be entitled to charge for the overstay at a rate of up to double the average rate of their current stay, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes and any legal expenses incurred.
It is important to note that by agreeing to our terms and conditions, the guest authorises the Property Manager to utilise their deposit to cover any breakages or damages to the property.

Payment Terms
In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit payment of 50% is due within 48 hours of written confirmation of booking.
A balance payment of 50% is due 40 days prior to arrival.
We require verification on Superhog OR a cash payment of up to R50,000 for damage deposit purposes.
Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification. We also use SUPERHOG to collect either a fully refundable deposit (plus a non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We charge a once-off per booking fee of R495.

Smoking Policy
All our properties are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, hubbly bubblies and marijuana.

Please note that any guests who smoke inside a property will be levied a R5,000 fine per incident. This is payable directly to your Host by card payment or cash. Additional charges may be levied for professional upholstery, linen and curtain cleaning and sanitising.

Liability
The tenant/guest accepts liability for all minors and all visitors to the property. For more information or any queries, please contact us.

Events Policy
Our properties are for Accommodation purposes only. We do not act as a hosting venue nor are our properties intended for such use.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings will receive a refund, less 20% administrative fee if cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Bookings cancelled between 60 & 32 days prior to arrival, forfeit the deposit.
Bookings cancelled within 31 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment.
Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property. In the event that your cancelled dates are rebooked, the Property Manager will charge an 11.5% booking fee and the guests will receive a refund for the balance.

An administrative fee of 20% will apply to all cancellations.

We advise all guests to take out cancellation insurance.
