Chateaux Miller is a prime positioned spacious family home located in the exclusive Fresnaye suburb of Cape Town.

Our gorgeous 5 bedroom family home offers style and comfort for the discerning holiday maker. Enjoy wonderful sea and mountain views from the ground and first level or enjoy a relaxed meal overlooking our large beautiful private garden and pool. Our secure home is fully serviced and has plenty of off street parking.

Security:
Chateaux Miller is alarmed and connected to armed response. Both the vehicle and pedestrian intercoms have video coverage. For our guests, vehicular access is controlled with a remote control, while the pedestrian gate and front door access is controlled with biometric (a key will be provided for backup).

A little something extra:
Chateaux Miller also includes a seperate study/office with a large selection of books for reading. While all guests are welcome to read all the books on display, please do not remove any books from the home.
If you don't feel like going to the gym but would like to keep fit on your vacation, there is a dedicated gym offering a wide selection of free weights as well as a cable pully and TRX.
If you feel like having a relaxed dinner whether in the dining room or at one of our outside dining areas but the kids want to watch TV, we have a dedicated TV room with internet and DSTV.

Important Information

While our house does lend itself to entertaining, due to consideration for our neighbors, we do not allow loud nor late night parties.
We are also non smokers and therefore do not allow smoking inside the house.

We would expect a respectful attitude towards our staff, home and all its contents. While guests have access to books, please do not remove these books from the house.

We require a R20,000.00 breakages deposit and If anything should be damaged, you are asked to please inform our housekeeper immediately.

Cancellation Policy

No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – No refund due.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before stay – 50% of the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation more than 60 days before stay – full refund.
