The air-conditioned apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, each fitted with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower toilet and basin. The main bedroom leads out onto the balcony and boast views of the ocean.

The fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen holds a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. There are a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for guests' convenience.

The open-plan living area has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv. The lounge leads out onto a double balcony, with double-glazed sliding doors, and great views of the beaches and mountains. It has a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. Guests have access to complimentary Wi-Fi during their stay.

There is street parking available. Alternatively, secured parking can be arranged at an additional cost and pending availability.

A refundable breakage deposit of R4900 is payable directly to the establishment.

- The minimum age for booking is 27.
- Children or persons under the age of 27 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30.
- A refundable breakage deposit equal to 1 nights' stay will be charged prior to arrival and will be refunded within 5 working days after departure, on condition no breakages have been found.

Housekeeping Service:
- Upon request only and subject to availability
- Monday – Friday, between 8am and 3pm (a specific time slot will be allocated and communicated to you)
- Weekends & Public Holidays at an extra cost - 24-hour prior arrangement required
- No housekeeping service the day after check-in
- Housekeeping service only every second day thereafter
- Linen changes every 6 days
- Bathroom towel change every 3 days

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
