Should you have guests or family joining you, please ensure they're familiar with these rules too. Non-adherence may, unfortunately, lead to a disruption in services.

Here's what you should know during your stay at Clifton Sunset:

1. Keep it intimate: No parties or events.
2. Respect Our Neighbors: Maintain a quiet ambiance. DJs or loud music are a no-go.
3. Health comes first: Pets aren't permitted on the property.
4. Breathe freely: Smoking is reserved for outside areas only.
5. Enjoy the pool, but remember it's neither hot nor cold – somewhere around 21-22 degrees (though our thermometer accuracy might be up for debate!).
6. Pamper Yourself: Our Private Beauty Spa is available for an extra fee.
7. Say hi to Edward and Katie, our fabulous housekeepers. They're here to help, whether it's questions about the property or laundry assistance.
8. Safety first: We have electrified fences. Avoid touching them to prevent any unpleasant surprises.
9. Nighttime security: If you wish to activate the alarm while sleeping, ask our staff for instructions.
10. Always close the garage door after parking, and ensure the main gate remains shut. Together, we keep our space safe.
11. Our space comfortably hosts 8 guests. Any additional friends come with a fee of R6000 each.
12. Our furniture loves its place – please let it stay where it is. Any damages or breakages will be reflected in your security deposit or insurance.
13. Please refrain from meddling with the TV wiring. It's essential for the entire house's functionality.
14. Treat our doors and gates gently. Keep them closed as much as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Dear Guests,

Life has its twists and turns, and we recognize that sometimes plans need to change. To keep things running smoothly for all our guests, we've put together the following cancellation policy:

- Cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date, and the full amount of your booking is retained.
- Cancel 45 days or more before your arrival, and we'll keep half the booking total.
